All of our pieces are handmade using the lost art of spun cotton.

All items are made by us along with the assistance of local artists in our community. 

We use various paints & washes to give our creations the right color and detail.  They are then outfitted and accessorized with a variety of vintage and found items blended with reclaimed and new materials.  Exact clothing, color, faces and accessories may vary slightly from photos depending on the materials available. Part of the handmade charm is that no two pieces are 100% alike which gives you (the retailer) a unique item to share with your customers.   


One of the joys of being an artist is that we're able to use our creative whim to make the things we enjoy.  Item availability will vary.  Some popular items are remade once they sell out.  Many items are limited editions and once they sell out, they will be replaced by new designs.  Much of this is determined by the amount and types of unique materials we have and the time we have to make certain items. 

We strongly recommend placing orders as early as possible.

If you'd like us to hold your order for a specific date please review the "Holding Orders" section below. 


We sometimes make different versions/colors of the same item and items ordered may not always match the photo perfectly (i.e. - a face or accessory might by different).  If the word "Assorted" is indicated in the title, you will receive an assortment of that design based on what we have available.


Our shop offers three ways to display characters and they will be noted in the listing title:

(Since these items are ready made this cannot be changed)


Ornaments - Hanging ornaments (with wire loops and hooks)

Figures  - Free standing figures (often with a base)

Ornaments/Figures - The character can both hang as an ornament and stand as a figure.


*Some listings will provide an option for you to choose and other listings are sold as is. Please reference the title and photos in the listing.


The wholesale minimum order is $500 (excluding shipping).

Please be sure that you adhere to this minimum before placing your order.  If an order of less than $500 is placed, we will contact you to add more to your order to reach the minimum. Please leave a note in the checkout section if you have already placed an order and would like to add pieces to that existing order. 


We offer the following methods of payment for our wholesale shop:

 Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal and Offline Payments.

 Please select the "Offline Payment" option if you intend to pay by check or via International Wire Transfer.  If you are paying by International Wire Transfer, we will send you an email with the information you will need to complete your wire transfer.   There will be an additional $16.00 USD Fee for all International wire transfers.


If the "Offline Payment" option is chosen, we will ship your order after your payment is received. We will reserve orders for 14 days from when the orders are placed.  

Please contact us if you cannot meet these requirements.


Orders are filled in the order they are received.  Turn around time will vary depending on the time of the year, season, and how many orders are placed at a given time.  Once your wholesale transaction is complete we will do our very best to ship as soon as we can.  Please contact us if you would like to request a specific shipping date.  Please allow extra time during the holiday season months (September - December).  For international retailers, please allow enough time from when you place order to when you will be expecting your delivery. During busy times of the year, or during unforeseen global events, a package can take several weeks to arrive after it has been shipped and inspected by customs. 


If requested, we will hold your order for a specific shipping date. 

Please contact us to make arrangements.  If requesting a hold, you are still expected to complete the full transaction for your order during the time in which the order is placed.  

Please note that during the months of October to December, items might take longer to travel to their destination.  Please leave a note during checkout if you are adding new items to an existing order that is being held.


Please contact us directly if you are interested in made to order designs.  Quantities of 15 or more of each design and a long lead time are required.  Made to order designs can possibly include previously made designs as time and materials allow.


Due to ever changing shipping regulations and potential world events, please review your country's current status on excepting goods from the United States. There might be bans and restrictions that could prevent delivery. 


We ship directly from our studio in Schuylerville New York.

For Domestic shipping within the US we will use the following shipping methods:

USPS: Priority Mail (2-4 business days)

For International shipping outside of the US we will use the following shipping methods:

USPS Priority Express International (Delivery Varies)


Shipping costs are determined based on the size of your order and the estimated weight of your package.  If you would like to use your own shipping account through another carrier please contact us before making your purchase. 


We do not accept returns.  In the event of damaged merchandise, please keep all pieces and packing materials and contact us within 3 days of receipt.  We want to make sure you have the best quality products for your customers.
